Our Design Process: From Concept to Completion
At Studio Minosa, we follow a structured six-stage process designed to guide you from concept to completion. This journey is divided into three key phases, ensuring a seamless experience at every step.
Concept Development
Phase 1: Initial Consultation: We begin by discussing your vision, requirements, and aspirations for your space and build. This discussion lays the foundation for the design process.
Design Development
Phase 2: Bringing Your Dream to Life: We translate your ideas into a visual narrative through sketches, spatial plans, and material concepts, ensuring the design aligns with your lifestyle and aesthetic goals.
Phase 2: Design & Documentation: This stage refines the design, finalises material selections, and prepares detailed documentation for the tendering process. It concludes the fixed-fee portion of the project, readying it for contractor quotes
Execution & Completion
Phase 3: Tender. We can help connect you with the right builder or contractor to bring your vision to life, ensuring transparency and competitive pricing.
Phase 3: Design Implementation: We collaborate closely with the builder to ensure the design is carried out as planned, offering continuous assistance throughout the construction process.
Phase 3: Handover - Photography & Celebration: Upon completion, we deliver your beautifully finished space, capture the results with professional photography, and celebrate your new environment.
